INTEC® plans and supplies single components up to turn-key energy plants for the heating of industrial processes. The heart of these energy plants consists of solid fuel firing system as well as attached heat exchangers providing heat capacity for thermal oil and/or steam to the consumer. Typical fuels are production waste, sander dust and biomass. For the manufacturing of particleboard, MDF, OSB, LVL or all other wood-based boards and panels the necessary energy is transferred by different media like hot flue gas, thermal oil, steam, warm or hot water. The product programme also comprises gas or oil fired thermal oil heaters, waste heat boilers, indirect heated steam generators as well as other plant components.
