Heesemann sanding machines are used in the production of furniture, doors und wooden floorings, in panel industry, in handicraft and in interior fitting as well as in the production of rails. Depending on the machine type surfaces, edges and profiles and three dimensionally shaped work pieces can be sanded.
For sanding surfaces Heesemann offers machine series HSM .2/.3, MFA Impression, MFA 10, LSM 8 and KSA 8. All surface sanding machines are equipped with the CSD® magnetic pressure beam system. In addition to these standard surface sanding machines the production program includes special sanding machines for sanding convex work pieces (KFA 8), veneer sheets (FBA 8), for brushing and structuring (BM 8) and edge and profile sanding (UKP).
Heesemann sanding machines are not only being used for processing of wood. Heesemann also gained considerable experience with sanding other materials, such as paper honeycomb, fiber cement, foamed plastic, solid surface, composite material and metal.
HSM .2 / .3 - The surface sanding machine
HSM series is the new Heesemann entry-level machine. Standard configurations of 2 or 3 unit sanding machines are available. At the same time the HSM is the most favorable cross sanding machine in the market. Its standardized design allows shortest delivery times and attractive prices. Anyhow HSM offers Heesemann sanding technology proven for decades. The configurations offer an assortment that covers all possible sanding tasks, be it solid wood processing, veneer, lacquer or high-gloss sanding.
MFA Impression - Sanding surfaces perfectly
The MFA Impression offers proven industrial machines technology for craftsmen, interior fitting and industry in a compact design and at an attractive price. A compact, rigidly structured machine design can take up to 4 calibration, cross and longitudinal sanding units and disk brush units (RUT) as well as additional brush units. You can choose the belt access and operator side like with industrial machines. MFA Impression thus provides a machine solution for all conceivable applications.
BM 8 - Brush and structuring machine
The brush machine BM 8 offers flexible configuration possibilities from one to six brushes for different applications. If demands are changing, the brushes are simply exchangeable. The brush speeds can be regulated continuously by frequency controlled drives. By the perfect arrangement of the brush units - RUT units for the right and left edge and circular brushes (Ø 400 mm) running in and against feed direction for the in- and out coming edges - all edges are effectively broken.
With the HSM .2 / .3 Heesemann introduced an entirely new machine series at last year’s LIGNA exhibition in Hanover. The HSM is the entrance to the world of Heesemann sanding machines. Thanks to its defined standard configurations with two or three units Heesemann can offer the HSM at favorable prices, with short delivery times and in the well-known quality. Unrivaled for this (price) range is the possibility to equip the machine with a cross sanding unit and, therefore, to sand with the cross sanding method. Thus work pieces can be sanded crosswise to the grain direction first and then with the grain direction using up to two further units. This process achieves the worldwide accepted best sanding result for wooden surfaces. The Heesemann effect sanding program is also unique. With this program various effects like “Vintage Look” can be achieved in pass through operation.
